We hope you love your purchase from B-Bella Boutique. However, if you need a different size or item we will gladly help you with an exchange. There are no refunds.
To exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for exchange. You must notify us and send item(s) back within 7 days of order delivery. All exchanges being sent back must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery date marked by USPS. Please note this policy is strictly enforced and all orders that exceed this time frame will not be eligible for exchange.
All items must be returned with original tags, unworn, unwashed and odor free. B-Bella Boutique reserves the right to reject an exchange if an item does not meet the above conditions. If an exchange is rejected, customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
The exchange process is the following:
Once we receive your exchange we will process it and email you with a credit code. The credit given will be the net amount you paid for the merchandise (shipping will not be credited).
Credit code cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers, must be used all at once (cannot be split) and does not apply towards shipping.
When using your credit code, new amount purchased must be of equal or greater value.
All exchanges are considered FINAL SALE
Please note customer is responsible for all shipping fees in an exchange: Shipping to return item(s) to us & shipping on the exchange order.
Items considered FINAL SALE & NOT eligible for exchange are:
-Any item discounted 20% off or more
-All items under our "Clearance Sale" and "Deal of The Week" Tab
-Jewelry & Accessories
We strongly encourage you to check your order twice before placing it, as there are no order cancellations.
If a mistake was done when placing an order such as wrong item size or wrong address, please email us and we will try to correct that for you if the order has not shipped out. However, this is not guaranteed, as we can't assure that we will get to that email before order is shipped out.
In the event that an order absolutely has to get cancelled before it is shipped out, there will be a 5% RESTOCKING FEE subtracted from your refund to cover the credit card fees we incur for the cancelled sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.
