Orders are processed within 24-48 hours not including weekends and holidays. Orders ship out Priority/First Class Mail (1-5 days delivery). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Once your order is shipped you will receive 3 emails: 1) A shipment confirmation with tracking information when order is processed. 2) An "out for delivery" notification. 3) A "delivered" notification once your order has been delivered.
Please track your orders as soon as you receive your shipment confirmation. Packages might be left at your mailbox or front door/porch by USPS. B-Bella Boutique will not refund or replace any lost or stolen orders marked "delivered" by usps.com. For any problem with your package delivery please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim.
